Hi, I’m Lisa the creator of Selflogue.

Two years of consistent therapy completely changed my life.

During that time, I learned that true healing doesn’t come from fixing others it begins when you turn inward and choose to heal yourself.

Through therapy, I rebuilt my confidence, repaired my marriage, and rediscovered the peace I had lost.

I learned to be gentle with myself, to set healthy boundaries, and to see love not as control, but as reflection.

When we change from within, everything around us slowly begins to shift too.

The four guides I’ve created here are the essence of that journey everything that helped me become the most peaceful, confident, and grounded version of myself.

They were born from real experiences, long nights of reflection, and the desire to share what truly works.

My hope is that these pages help you heal, too not by changing who you are, but by reminding you that you already hold the power to transform your life.
